This hotel is a gem! It's just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by great eateries. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom and excellent shower pressure. The staff, including the owner, were super friendly and attentive. The mattress and bedding were comfy, making it feel like home.
The floor cleanliness could use a little more attention.

Great service and very helpful staff. The manager went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, providing us with information and even driving us to a nearby restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and a train station, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and the large bed was comfortable. We also appreciated the option to rent bicycles from the hotel for a fun way to explore the area.
Our first room did not have a window which made it feel a bit stuffy. However, when we requested a new room, we were given a room with two double beds, which was not what we requested.

This hotel provides easy access to transportation with its proximity to the train station and bus departure point to Taroko National Park. the comfortable rooms, spacious bathrooms, and excellent shower make for an enjoyable stay. Friendly and helpful staff, like Lee who speaks English, provide exceptional service, printing maps and offering assistance for a worry-free stay.
The hotel's location may not be ideal for those looking to stay in the center of the city.

The hotel's location was very convenient as it's close to the train station, making transportation easy. The staff were amazing and offered great customer service. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
